Bowling Reservation
Rules

After completing and submitting the Reservation Form on www.bnc-sk.sk, you will receive a “Reservation Confirmation.” If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder. If it’s not there, contact us at +421 2 4911 5110 during opening hours.

• reservations are handled by phone or via the reservation form daily during opening hours.
• please arrive at least 10 minutes before your reservation to ensure you can play for the full reserved time.
• if you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, staff reserve the right to allocate the reserved lane to other guests.
• one lane can be reserved for a maximum of 8 people.
• lane reservations do not automatically include a restaurant table reservation. Tables must be booked separately for your desired number of guests. Seating at the lane itself does not require reservation.
• not all lanes are equipped with automatic children’s side bumpers, so please mention this requirement in the reservation notes if needed.
• lane reservations can be cancelled or modified by phone or email no later than 24 hours in advance, or as soon as possible.
• if you submit a reservation request via the online form, your booking becomes valid only after receiving a confirmation email from the BNC staff.
